They tried to charge me an extra £10, telling me it was how it is now. I refused to pay that and went to the post office in town where they told me that this post office tries to do this all the time. They are scamming you don't go there. I had a parcel go missing from there too, wouldn't surprise me if they have had that too

Please becareful if you have to use this postoffice.
The postcode that is input into there system is important if put in incorrectly it will initially get sent to the wrong destination and will slow the delivery down, also waste Royal Mails time.This happened to me and he refused to change the label and lied saying it had already left the office.
